Here is a wonderful little gallery of images captured out at Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake. Seems like every sunset I have seen out there has its’ own special magic. Unfortunately, the only time of the year that is bearable to venture out there is after the first freezes of the winter and before temps warm up too much. The reason for this is the tiny little Brine flies that swarm the island once they hatch in the warmer season. They will eat you alive! A very unpleasant experience to say the least. So, I keep my couple of annual visits to this special place limited to the colder months…
